We hang this orchid up high to allow the long canes to hang down from the pot. The flowers on this dendrobium appear all along the bare canes which lose their leaves in the fall. We gave it a dry period through the winter when we did not water and were rewarded with these beautiful flowers in the early spring. We have a couple of these and this one here shows how beautiful they can be. Flowered here March 2005.
