Many Bulbophyllums are fly pollinated and therefore give off an odor resembling rotten meat in order to attract a pollinator. Luckily, this pretty flower does not have that unwelcome trait. Grown on a fiber pot it's fast grown rhizomes quickly grew down the sides making for a nice display. Flowered here December 2003.
